Prints ship within 48 hours of purchase, most commonly. I always contact you to let you know I got your order and again when it's in the mailbox, so if you realize any issues with your order, like forgetting to add the apartment number, let me know! We'll work together to get it fixed. All orders will be shipped from Bellevue, Washington, USA.

For 8.5" x 11" prints and smaller, stickers, magnets, and necklaces, I will ship through USPS. Where applicable, these will come with a protective flat backing to help prevent bending and folding in transit, digital prints will have a protective plastic sleeve, and these will arrive neatly in a blue envelope. 

For lino prints, screenprints, and larger digital prints, I will ship through either Fed-Ex or UPS, most likely Fed-Ex, and they'll be shipped in a blue mailing tube. 

All items have a tracking number applied to them. 

Ask me about shipping upgrades such as expedited shipping and shipping to international locales.

If prints are damaged in shipping, I will offer a replacement. If the damage is not to the image area of the print, the image can still be framed without showing the damage and will not qualify for replacement. In the case of a replacement, buyer will ship back the damaged print, and I will ship the new print upon receipt of the damaged print. Buyer will be resposible for the cost of shipping the damaged print, but I will cover the cost of shipping the new print. I do accept refunds, but I need to receive the item back to me before the refund will be processed. Please, include tracking when sending an item back to me to protect against loss.

If you don't see a print that you want signed, you can either request a run of signed prints, and if I get enough requests, I'll do a signed run.
